Structural characteristics of SCB10, SCB11, and SCB13 series resin insulated dry type power transformers
Box type coil：The low-voltage winding adopts a whole section of copper foil, along with F-grade turn insulation, which is wound on the low-voltage foil winding machine. Foil type coils effectively solve problems such as high short-circuit stress, unbalanced ampere turns, poor heat dissipation, spiral angle during winding, and unstable manual welding quality when winding products with low voltage and high current. At the same time, the end of our company's winding is sealed with resin, solidified and formed, moisture-proof and stain proof. The lead copper bar is automatically welded through argon arc welding.
Temperature control device：The transformer adopts the BWDK series signal thermometer, and the temperature measuring element is buried in the upper half of the low-voltage coil. It can automatically detect and display the working temperature of each phase coil, and has overtemperature alarm and tripping functions.
